Within my time as a design student, I have grown to realize I am entering a field in which there will never be a point where I know everything. This was initially terribly daunting, but I ended up finding peace in the realization that followed: I hope to never stop growing as a designer.

As said by Adrian Shaughnessy in How to be a Graphic Designer Without Losing Your Soul: "It's the act of being an eternal student that keeps this profession interesting." The process of refinement is a vital part of design: not solely in the sense of iterating and perfecting, but also due to the never-ending advancements in technology and the importance of evolving with it.

Throughout my education in Auburn University's program, I've learned to value constructive criticism as much as praise, recognizing both as essential for growth. I feel this is in part a reflection of how I approach my work with a forward-thinking perspective, always considering its implications for the future.

As my work is viewed, I aim for those looking to recognize the emphasis placed on blending unconventionality with forward thinking, all while upholding visual appeal.
